Wheeltec R550 TrackedBot Pro is the updated tracked version of the R550 ROS2 education robot platform. This Pro configuration is built around Raspberry Pi 5, N10P TOF LiDAR, a depth camera, and an M260C microphone array module for robotics learning, mapping, navigation, voice input, vision workflows, and open-source development.
The tracked chassis uses metal tracks to improve grip and terrain adaptability compared with small wheel-only platforms. It is better suited for ROS2 experiments that need stable straight-line movement, obstacle-aware navigation, and stronger surface contact, while still keeping the R550 familys compact teaching-oriented structure.
We sell this Pro version as the standard listed configuration, and we can also supply an Ultra version by request. The Ultra version upgrades the LiDAR from N10P to M10P, replaces the M260C microphone array module with an M260C smart speaker, and adds a touchscreen, multimode intelligent controller, and aviation case. If you need the Ultra version, please contact us at [email protected].
For other R550 chassis choices, compare the Wheeltec R550 AKM/DiffBot Ultra, Wheeltec R550 MecanumBot Ultra, Wheeltec R550 OmniBot Pro, and Wheeltec R550 4WDBot Ultra.

Yes. This listing is written for the R550 TrackedBot Pro configuration with Raspberry Pi 5, N10P TOF LiDAR, depth camera, and M260C microphone array module.
Yes. We can supply the Ultra version by request. Please email [email protected] if you need the Ultra configuration.
The Ultra version changes the LiDAR from N10P to M10P, changes the voice hardware from an M260C microphone array module to an M260C smart speaker, and adds a touchscreen, multimode intelligent controller, and aviation case.
The tracked chassis provides stronger surface contact and traction than small wheel-only chassis designs, which helps with stable movement and obstacle-aware navigation experiments.
Yes. This Pro configuration is written for the Raspberry Pi 5 based kit.
A flat indoor floor is recommended for cleaner odometry and more reliable navigation behavior. Track movement can behave differently on very smooth, loose, or uneven surfaces.
