The Wio Node is the compact, lowcost member of the Wio Link family, built around the ESP8266 WiFi module. It supports plugandplay Grove connectors, visual configuration, OTA firmware updates, and RESTful APIs, making IoT prototyping fast and simple. Despite its small size, the Wio Node can connect to multiple Grove sensors and actuators, allowing you to build an IoT application in just 5 minutes without breadboarding or soldering.
The Wio Node is a smaller, lighter, and cheaper version of the Wio Link. It retains most of the features of its elder brother, including ESP8266 WiFi connectivity, Grove compatibility, OTA firmware updates, and RESTful APIs. With two Grove connectors, it offers 2 Digital I/O, 1 Analog input, 1 UART, and 2 I2C interfaces, supporting up to 42 Grove modules. This makes it ideal for rapid IoT prototyping and lowcost IoT deployments.
