The Micro:Driver Expansion Board is a versatile motor and servo driver board designed for micro:bit, UNIHIKER M10, and K10. As a comprehensive Micro:Driver Expansion Board solution, it is ideal for educational robotics and DIY smart projects. This motor and servo driver provides 9 GPIO ports from the micro:bit plus 4 motor ports and 8 servo ports, allowing up to 2 stepper motors using multiplexing. The Micro:Driver Expansion Board ensures that your micro:bit projects have all the power they need.
The board uses an I2C-based HR8833 motor driver, supporting a max current of 1.5A, powerful enough to drive N20 and small DC motors. This Micro:Driver Expansion Board minimizes GPIO usage by requiring only 2 I2C pins, leaving other resources available for sensors and modules. The extended GPIO and servo headers on this motor and servo driver follow the Gravity interface, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of DFRobot modules and sensors for your micro:bit applications.
